It’s official. This is Avril Lavigne’s Ford Models promo card and I’m slightly less than impressed. I doubt she’s changing her image so she can earn a few extra bucks being on the cover of some magazine. She really sounds like she wants to be a full fledged model:
“I want to do those really beautiful ads with the high-end products. I look through magazines and stare at ads and think, ‘I’m not six feet tall, but I know I can do that. I’m starting to feel more feminine. I’m getting into hair and make-up and image. That’s the best part of being a girl.”
What is exactly is she planning to do with her singing career? I can hardly see her singing Skater Boi dressed in a Gucci pencil skirt and Manolo heels. Why won’t celebs just leave the modeling to the models?

Daria Werbowy is the hottest models ever to come about the past few years. She’s super famous and had a W cover dedicated to her. You’ve probably seen it. The headline on the cover was ‘Oh, Daria!’ She also did one of my favourite campaigns which is the Prada Parfum ad that was shot by Ridley Scott and his kid.
