Sean Preston has popped out of Mama Spears, now she’s hard at work nursing her body back into shape (literally, breast-feeding takes off pounds).

It’s said she won’t leave the house until she is her sexy self, again. (I feel ya, girl, but will your image really return after glamor shots like these: pictured right.)

What concerns me is the feeling that she might work harder at lowering that scale number than raising this baby. Family or Image? Hmm. Which is it, really? Family image? That’s somewhere in the middle.
