This frock looks like it came straight from the costume closet of a 50's B-Movie.
It has such a "take me to your leader, earthling" vibe about it. All she needs are googly antennae or a ray gun to complete the look.
Yikes.

I thought this dress reminded me of the dress Magenta wore in the Rocky Horror Picture Show during the song “Don’t Dream It, Be It.” All Cate needs to complete her look is a red wig and she could be doing the time warp in no time!
