It seems that new Mom, Gwen Stefani, may be heading to court very soon.
She is involved in a lawsuit filed against Schifter & Partners, a manufacturing firm who produce Stefani’s Harajuku Lovers handbag designs.
LeSportsac, whom Stefani has also designed for, claim her handbag designs for the Harajuku collection are a copy of their own Japanese style collection. They are suing her business partner and the firm’s boss, Tim Schifter, for $1.23 million.

Yes, I didn’t particularly care for any of the designs. Not really my cup of tea at all, but I really don’t see the resemblance either.

love gwen stefani! and tim schifter is a genius in the nyc fahsion world, he sold his last company, lesportsac for about 150 million dollars and when lesportsac tried to interfere with gwen and tims new company, HARAJUKU LOVERS / L.A.M.B. i read in the paperes that the judge just DISMISSED the case!! gwen wins again!!
