To the right is Britney Spears having recently toned her abs back up to their peak fitness. Good for her! I’m so proud. Has she done this through dance exercise? Makes ya think huh. I went off to You Tube for my own work out instruction via dance steps videos, like for Britney’s Oops! I Did it Again. I highly recommend making it apart of your daily routine if you need to get in shape at all.
If you can’t dance, it’s all the better – you’ll work harder. A song like Oops! is good because it’s fast paced (Spice Girls, say, would be okay for your beginning days, though) and moderately difficult.
OK well I’ve got to fall over dead now! I’ll let you know if I lose weight, too!

I couldn’t find a place to write the authors of the website, so I think i’ll just post my thoughts and feelings in a comment, and then this will be the last all you twits hear from me -
My four year old nephew put together a site better than this yesterday. It even has color coordination that relates to the 21st century. If I felt like looking at a webpage that resembled a ten gallon tub of neopolotin ice cream covered in shitty writting… well, I guess this is the best place to go.
Oh, and to whoever actually “writes†(I use the term loosely) this blog, using no humor at all would be MUCH MUCH MUCH more bareable than having to painfully read your poor, pathetic attempts at levity.
I hate Perez Hilton, and especially Trent, but after nearly vomitting on my laptop when seeing the utter chaos that is this website, I sure have grown to love them much more. Thanks! I’ll never be back!

I’m no sure if you guys got my previous posts, but I’d like everyone to know about a new section I have coming up.
Anyway, I’ve never seen a celebrity, let alone met one, but I HATE THEM! They’re so pretty, talented, and wonderful. SO, i’m creating a new section called – Handle The Celebrity Scandle!
