I’ve mentioned the Dior Gaucho before and how it was bound to be 2006’s ‘It’ bag. Already, Jessica Alba has been spotted wearing it and now style maven Mischa Barton’s been sporting one too. Personally, I’m not a great fan of these bags. They’re very different from the usual feminine elegance that defines most Dior accessories but with the success of the distressed looking Balenciaga Motorcycle and soft Chloe Paddington leather, I guess Dior decided to give it a go. Not entirely sure of the little key and coin with Christian Dior’s face on it, but I know it’s not gunna stop any of you from pre-ordering it!

That bag looks like Mr. John didn’t design it, but it came spewing out of his body.
I understand the saddle shape is a Dior thing, but it should only be used on the true and simple original bags. Adding that shape to the flap won’t make this any better. And I hate the belt on it.

Not hot. Not hot at all. But it just goes to show that if you put a bag on the right people, all the stupid society ladies will fight tooth and nail with retailers, their husbands, and their credit card companies to get it.
So much for saving the for the kid’s college fund, eh?

I think the leather is super soft and slouchy, but I’m not loving the design. I do like the white the best though.
